Do you need the pest inspection?
For ground floor units, townhouses and low rise blocks with gardens, yes. For upper floors in concrete towers, building only is often enough. We will tell you honestly which fits.

Questions people ask
Can you inspect the whole building?
No. We inspect your unit and the common areas we can safely access. Whole of building reports are a separate commission usually made by the body corporate.
